Regarding the collection of receivables, our clients can easily inspect the current status of the pertinent files via internet around the clock. After entering user name and password, you may check individual actions taken as well as the current status of the proceedings including still outstanding debts plus interest and cost. The password may be altered at any time. All communication is – like it is done in internet banking – protected with a 128 bit encoding.

It is also possible to transfer all data files electronically via an interface. Prior to the first

electronic order transmission, just one data synchronisation is necessary for the transfer.

By using electronic file access we avoid unnecessary paper work to gain important time. The clients are not flooded with letters, and follow-up reminders by phone are no longer needed. Furthermore, the clients are not bound to office hours anymore; they can access their files 24 hours, seven days a week. And all of this is a service made available to our clients without any additional cost.
