Since in the past few months our clients’ trust in us has once more led to further growth of the office, in order to reinforce our legal team we need experienced novice lawyers and lawyers who can be registered.
Our legal practitioners are given the chance to gain insights into many different legal areas and thus gather a wide scope of experience in different legal fields.
You will be given the opportunity of working in all areas of legal counselling (including “normal” cases and litigations). By this, you will avoid exclusive concentration on a single topic and nevertheless learn to meet the expected quality in legal counselling required in a solicitor’s office specialized in commercial law and serving leading Austrian clients.
We expect our legal practitioners to be highly competent in problem solving, to have a sound legal education and comprehensive expert knowledge. Academic work experience and previous job experience are also highly welcome.

To reinforce our young and dynamic team of administrative assistants we are looking for Paralegals with advocate knowledge.

DEBT COLLECTION CLERK
To reinforce our young and dynamic team we are looking for debt collection clerks, who value a good work climate and share our joy in work. Our motto is, “You will do your job well if you like it.” We are therefore looking for employees who are already experienced in dunning and collecting debts and who found that this kind of work suits them and who enjoy doing it.
Your area of responsibility includes issuing actions for collection and requests for distraint as well as preparing securitisation and assisting in filing claims, etc. Your scope of work also encompasses many activities you will undertake independently and on your own responsibility.
Several years of experience in a similar position in another solicitor’s office are important. Independence in handling files, the ability to cope with pressure, and joy in teamwork are mandatory. We value accuracy, a sense of responsibility, and reliability.

STUDENTS
To support our lawyers and our assistants, we are looking for students for 10, 20, or 30 hours per week.
Your field of work includes legal research, interventions during executions as well as several other tasks (running errands, view files, etc.). You will, however, also take on much administrative work like filing and archiving or library management. Our students will thus have the opportunity of “seeing behind the curtain” in all areas of a solicitor’s office.
You should be a student of jurisprudence or economics and business administration. We expect you to have a sense of responsibility, be reliable and willing to learn.
Besides to the jobs you do we deem it important to provide you with an encompassing insight into the actual work of a lawyer. Our students will, therefore, have plenty of chances to accompany our solicitors to interesting trials and receive insight into the calculation of fees and deadline management; they will become familiar with law cases in real life.
